Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap
What you’ll need:
Medium tortillas
1 cup of buttermilk
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
Chicken tenders
2 cups of corn flakes
Chopped up lettuce
Jack cheese
Ranch
How to make it:
Add your raw chicken tenders to a bowl and then add your buttermilk and spices.
Let the chicken marinade for at least an hour, I prefer overnight.
Mash up 2 cups of corn flakes into small pieces.
Once the chicken is done marinading coat your chicken in the corn flakes.
Cook in the air fryer at 390 degrees for 12 minutes.
On a tortilla add your chopped up lettuce, Colby jack cheese, 1 chicken tender and drizzle with ranch.
