Goat Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers

What you’ll need:

  • 8 oz of garlic herb goat cheese

  • 16 oz of sweet mini peppers

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Honey

  • Thyme

How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

  2. Slice your mini peppers in half and remove the seeds and veins

  3. Place a spoon full of goat cheese in each pepper and use a knife to smooth it out.

  4. Bake the peppers for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove the peppers from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey.

  6. Lastly sprinkle thyme over the peppers and enjoy!
