Healthy Digestion Smoothie

If you’re like me and experience chronic digestive problems, then you have to try this smoothie! This smoothie is packed with superfoods like ginger and pineapples that help aid digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1/2 cup of cucumbers

  • 1 small piece of ginger root

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!

Note: If you find the ginger is too overpowering you can add more pineapple or other fruits like mango to help weaken the ginger taste.
