Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Serving
3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
1 banana
1 tablespoon of cinnamon or pumpkin pie mix
4 ice cubes
3/4 cup of milk
Optional: 1 blender bomb (can be purchases here) or you can include your choice of protein powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
