Marinated Manchego
Ingredients
10 - 12 cloves of garlic
1 lb. of Manchego cheese cut into cubes
1 orange
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 sprigs of rosemary
salt (sub sugar for a sweeter variation)
pepper
Directions
Combine garlic, orange and olive oil in a pan and cook over medium heat into the garlic is golden.
Remove from heat and add the rosemary sprigs. Season with salt and let cool.
Combine olive oil mixture with the cheese.
Cover and chill for at least 12 hours. I recommend storing the cheese in a jar or cup vs a plate.
Enjoy! Cheese keeps for about 3 days!
