My Favorite Cross Over Bottoms

A few months ago Aerie’s leggings went viral on Tiktok. What made these leggings so special is that the waistband was crossed over instead of just a straight waistband. Everyone said they were super flattering so I decided to try a pair for myself. Everyone was right because they look so good and now I’m obsessed with them. Since the first pair of leggings went viral Aerie has come out with everything from biker shorts to bathing suits in this style. A couple of other brands caught on and created their own version. Here are some of my favorite viral cross over pieces.

Aerie Ribbed Shine Crossover Bikini Bottom

These bathing suit bottoms are so cute. I love that they are also high waisted and ribbed so they are super flattering. They come in three fun colors; strawberry (pictures), tangerine and blue horizon!

Aerie High Waisted Crossover Flare Leggings

It looks like yoga pants are back and they are now being called “flare leggings”. I remember wearing these pants all the time in middle school so of course I have to get a pair now. The crossover band makes these super cute and flattering.

Bandier Rue Crossover Leggings

I love this purple floral/gingham print for spring and summer but if that is not your style they also come in solid black. These leggings are a part of Bandier’s collaboration with Sincerely Jules (if you don’t know who she is look up her insta! She is literal goals). I am obsessed with this floral print for spring and summer. It also comes in solid colors as well as three additional floral prints.

Aerie Ribbed Shine Legging

I love the look of shiny leggings and these are definitely one of my favorites. I love that the leggings are also ribbed and come in some great colors. My favorite is the “Relic” brown because I feel like you don’t see that color often in a workout set.

Fabletics PureLuxe Crossover 7/8

These are the leggings I’m wearing and they are by far my favorite leggings ever. All of the PureLuxe leggings from Fabletics feel like the Lululemon align ones but are a little more structures then Lululemon. These are my favorite crossover leggings of the group because they have pockets, are super soft and the 7/8 length is perfect for petites.
