Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients:
4 lb of Chuck roast
1 oz ranch seasoning packet
1 oz brown gravy packet
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of banana peppers
1/4 cup of banana pepper juice
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Season your chuck roast with salt and pepper on each side.
In a cast iron pan brown the chuck roast on each side.
Place your chuck roast in a crock pot and add the ranch seasoning, gravy seasoning, banana peppers and banana pepper juice.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes or cauliflower.
