Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb of Chuck roast

  • 1 oz ranch seasoning packet

  • 1 oz brown gravy packet

  • 1/2 cup of butter

  • 1/4 cup of banana peppers

  • 1/4 cup of banana pepper juice

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Season your chuck roast with salt and pepper on each side.

  2. In a cast iron pan brown the chuck roast on each side.

  3. Place your chuck roast in a crock pot and add the ranch seasoning, gravy seasoning, banana peppers and banana pepper juice.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  5. Serve over mashed potatoes or cauliflower.
