Vegan Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients
Vegan Chocolate Chips
Coconut Oil
Vegan Cookie Dough (recipe here)
Directions
Spread your cookie dough into a glass pan so it is about 1” to 1.5” thick.
Place the cookie dough in the freezer. for 10 minutes.
Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon to a saucepan and melt over medium low heat. Stir continuously so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Once your chocolate is melted and smooth pour on top of your cookie dough.
Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
