Superfood Cookie Dough Bites

If you love eating cookie dough like I do then you’re going to love this recipe. These cookie dough balls are way healthier then raw cookie dough and can’t get you sick!

Ingredients: (Makes 8 1” balls)

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Maple Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

1/4 of Coconut Flour

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

1/4 of semi sweet chocolate chips (use the mini if possible!)

2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds

2 Tablespoons of Shredded Coconut

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine all of your ingredients and mix well

  2. Use a spoon to separate the cookie dough batter and roll into small balls

  3. Place your cookie dough balls 1 in apart on a cooke sheet or plate.

  4. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving

  5. Enjoy!
