Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shredded carrots

  • 2/3 cups of shredded coconut

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of pitted dates

  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients and mix in a food processor.

  2. Role your mixture in the small balls.

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.

  4. Enjoy!
