Carrot Cake Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 cup of shredded carrots
2/3 cups of shredded coconut
1 cup of oats
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup of pitted dates
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Directions
Combine all of your ingredients and mix in a food processor.
Role your mixture in the small balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
