Air Fryer Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

  • 7 -8 tomatillos

  • 1 jalapeño

  • 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of cilantro

  • 3 garlic gloves

Directions:

Peel your tomatillos and place in the air fryer with your jalapeño and airfry for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once your tomatillos are done add them to a blender. If you like your salsa hot cut the top of the jalapeño and throw the rest in the blender. If you like it on the milder side remove seeds or only use 1/2 or a 1/4 of the jalapeño.

Add the rest of your ingredients to the blender and purée on high.

Taste your salsa and feel free to add more salt, pepper or jalapeño. Its much easier to add spice then take it away. If you do find your salsa to be too spicy you can air fry a green bell pepper and add that to your salsa.

Enjoy! Your salsa can last up to a week in the fridge!
