Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet
Ingredients
2 chicken breast cubed
1 cup of Brussel sprouts chopped
1/2 a white onion chopped
6 slices of bacon
1 lb of potatoes cubed
1/2 of a ranch seasoning packet
1/4 cup of ranch dressing
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Head a cast iron pan over medium heat and bring a large pot of water to a boil
Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
Add in your cubed potatoes in the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the pain and add your onions.
Sauce for 2 minutes and then add in your chicken.
Cook for 6-7 minutes or until golden and then remove the chicken from the pan.
Cook the brussel sprouts for 7-8 minutes. Add in a few tablespoons of water to soften them if necessary.
Add back in the chicken and cooked potatoes to the pan.
Season with ranch powder, salt and pepper.
Chop up your bacon into smaller pieces and add to the pan.
Drizzle ranch dressing on top and enjoy!
