Italian Sub Cheese Wrap

Makes 2)

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces of sliced cheese

  • 8 slices of salami

  • 8 slices of pepperoni or 14 of smaller pepperonis

  • 1 cup of chopped lettuce

  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions

  • 1/4 cup of banana peppers

  • 3 tbsp of mayo

  • 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar

  • Oregano

  • crushed red pepper

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F

  2. Lay your cheese out on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. To make a rectangle I used 5 slices of cheese per wrap and split the 5th cheese in half.

  3. Bake for 8-10 mins or until the cheese starts to golden.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool

  5. In a bowl combine your chopped lettuce, onions, banana peppers, mayo, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers and oregano.

  6. Top your cooked cheese with salami, pepperoni and lettuce mix.

  7. Roll into a wrap, cut and half & enjoy!
