Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
For the cake
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp of pumpkin pie seasoning
1 2/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 15oz can of pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla exctract
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp of pumpkin pie seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, add all of your cake ingredients
Mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
Let the cake cool before frosting.
For the frosting
In a bowl, add room temperature cream cheese, butter, pumpkin pie and powdered sugar
Blend on medium speed until smooth
