Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
A handful of spinach
2 tbsp black beans
2 boiled eggs
1/2 an avocado sliced
1 sausage (I used the jalapeño chicken sausage from Trader Joes)
3 cherry tomatoes halved
Directions
Cook your quinoa with whatever seasonings you would like. I used garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place a layer of quinoa in the bottom of your bowl and arrange the rest of the ingredients however you would like and enjoy!
