This salad is the great healthy alternative to pasta salad. I love all the flavors of traditional pasta salad without the calories of pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup of cucumbers

  • 1/4 of bell pepper

  • 1/4 of cherry tomatoes

  • 1/4 of diced onion

  • 1/4 of pepperoni

  • 1/4 of feta

  • Your favorite Italian Dressing

  • Salt

  • Pepper
