Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients: (Makes 12)

  • 6 Jalapeños

  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar

  • 3/4 cup of cream cheese

  • 6 pieces of bacon

  • Cookie Tray '

  • Cooking Rack


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line your cooking trap with aluminum, foil and place your cooking rack on top.

  2. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended.

  3. Remove the tops of the jalapeño and slice in half.

  4. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and veins of the jalapeño.

  5. Stuff each half of the jalapeño with your cream cheese cheddar mixture and place to the side.

  6. Once all your jalapeño half are stuffed, take your slices of bacon and cut them in half. If you have shorter bacon strips ignore this step. Wrap your bacon strips around the jalapeños and place them on your cooking rack.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Add 5 minutes if you want your bacon to be extra crispy!

  8. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
