Cottage Cheese Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries

  • 2 cups of cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. Add your frozen strawberries, cottage cheese and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add your strawberry mixture into a bowl or bread pan

  3. Cut up fresh strawberries into small bite sized pieces.

  4. Add 3/4 of the strawberries into the mixture and stir until well combined

  5. Top the ice cream with the other fresh strawberries

  6. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, ideally over night and enjoy!
