Cottage Cheese Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of frozen strawberries
2 cups of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of fresh strawberries
Directions
Add your frozen strawberries, cottage cheese and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add your strawberry mixture into a bowl or bread pan
Cut up fresh strawberries into small bite sized pieces.
Add 3/4 of the strawberries into the mixture and stir until well combined
Top the ice cream with the other fresh strawberries
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, ideally over night and enjoy!
