Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus
Ingredients
1.5 cups of chickpeas (drained)
1/4 cup of tahini
1/2 a jalapeno
A handful of cilantro
1 tsp of minced garlic
The juice of 1/2 a lime
2 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt
Optional to garnish
Jalapeño slices
Cilantro
Olive oil
Chili powder
Directions:
Place all of your ingredients in a food process and blend until smooth.
If needed add additional water if the hummus is too thick
Garnish with jalapeño slices, cilantro, olive oil and chili powder
