Protein Everything Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1.5 tsp of baking power

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 egg for egg wash

  • everything bagels seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F

  2. Combine your yogurt, flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and kneed into a large dough ball.

  3. Pull apart the dough ball into bite size pieces

  4. Place your dough pieces on a cookie sheet

  5. Beat an egg in a separate bowl to create and egg wash and then coat each dough piece with the egg wash.

  6. Season each piece with everything bagel seasoning

  7. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
