Shrimp Croquettes
Ingredients
2 cups of shrimp
1/4 cup of chopped red onions
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of chopped jalapeños
1/2 cup of flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Vegetable Oil
Directions
Cook your shrimp and then shop into small pieces.
Combine the cream cheese, jalapeños, onions and cilantro in a bowl with the shrimp.
Mix until everything is equally combined.
Refrigerate your mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Roll your cream cheese mixture into small golf ball sized balls.
Roll your balls in flour then an egg wash and finally bread crumbs.
Place your balls into oil and fry until golden.
Enjoy with a sauce of your choice!
