Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar

  • 3/4 cup of oat milk

  • 2 1/2 cups of gluten free oats

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients except your chocolate chips

  3. Once everything is fully combined, fold in your chocolate chips.

  4. Pour your batter into a pan lined with parchment paper or coated in cooking spray

  5. Bake for 25 minutes

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving
