Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
3/4 cup of oat milk
2 1/2 cups of gluten free oats
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine all of your ingredients except your chocolate chips
Once everything is fully combined, fold in your chocolate chips.
Pour your batter into a pan lined with parchment paper or coated in cooking spray
Bake for 25 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving
