Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

  • 1 2/3 cups of gluten free flour

  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar

  • 2/3 cups of chocolate chips

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray a 9” x 5” pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

  3. Combine all of your ingredients accept for your chocolate chips together with an electric mixer.

  4. Once you have a batter like consistency, fold in your chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
