Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 2/3 cups of gluten free flour
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
2/3 cups of chocolate chips
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of ground cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9β x 5β pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Combine all of your ingredients accept for your chocolate chips together with an electric mixer.
Once you have a batter like consistency, fold in your chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
