Pesto Eggs & Toast
The pesto egg trend has been so popular lately and for good reason. These eggs are delicious! I’m not normally a huge pesto fan but I did really like them cooked in my eggs.
Ingredients
Eggs
Pesto
Sourdough Bread
Avocado
Feta
Red Pepper Flakes
Honey
Directions
Place a dab of pesto on your frying pan and spread out to form a small circle.
Crack your egg on top of the pesto circle and cook on medium heat. Repeat if you want to cook multiple eggs.
Toast a piece of sourdough bread.
While your eggs are cooking slice an avocado into thin slivers.
Place your avocado on top of your toast.
Once the egg has cooked to your liking place the egg on top of the avocado and top with red pepper flakes and feta.
Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
