Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of skirt steak

  • 3 medium bell peppers

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tablespoons of mixed garlic

  • olive oil

  • taco seasoning

  • salt

  • pepper

For Serving:

  • tortillas

  • shredded cheese

  • limes

  • salsa

  • sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cover your sheet pan with tin foil or spray with a cooking spray

  3. Cut up your steak, bell peppers and onions to 1/4 inch strips

  4. Place your steak and vegetables onto the sheet pan and coat evenly with olive oil, salt, pepper and taco seasoning.

  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes ( 15 if you want your steak more medium, 20 for well done)

  6. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
