High Protein Queso
Ingredients:
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar
1/2 a packet of taco seasoning
1/4 cup of rotel tomatoes and peppers
Directions:
Blend the cottage cheese and taco seasoning until smooth.
Add your cottage cheese mixture into a microwave safe bowl with the tomatoes and cheddar.
Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then heat for another 60 seconds.
