High Protein Queso

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar

  • 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning

  • 1/4 cup of rotel tomatoes and peppers

Directions:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese and taco seasoning until smooth.

  2. Add your cottage cheese mixture into a microwave safe bowl with the tomatoes and cheddar.

  3. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then heat for another 60 seconds.

  4. Enjoy!
